available. They fix potential memory leaks.

Install Creation Environment is a component set for building your own
installation programs with Delphi and C++Builder. This component set originally
was named Youseful and was sold as a commercial product but it is now Open
Source under the modified BSD
and MPL licenses. ICE has the following advantages:
- There is no need to learn a scripting language. If you can write a
program using your favorite Borland RAD Environment, Delphi or C++Builder, you
can easily make your own installation with ICE.
- Many installations can be made simply by using the Component editors
and templates we provide.
- ICE provides the exact same flexibility you have with your Borland
product and you can customize things as much as you like. It's just the same as
making your program
