Team Nevrona is a group of talented programmers that have offered to pass on their experience and skill with Nevrona Designs products to other programmers. They usually do this by answering questions about Rave that appear on the many public forums available to Delphi and C++Builder programmers. Useful utilities (such as NDFAQ or Rave Add-ons) and examples are also often created and donated by Team Nevrona members. Team Nevrona is not a replacement for tech support through normal Nevrona Designs channels, but often times you will get other options from Team Nevrona members who use the products every day.
Team Nevrona members are quite busy and would love to receive email with some kind words of encouragement but it is not appropriate to email them with technical support questions. If you have a support question, please send it to one of the official locations such as the newsgroups (where you most likely will find Team Nevrona members hanging out) or send email to support@nevrona.com.

No, at least not with money. What Team Nevrona members do get is free copies of all Nevrona Designs software. Other than that, Team Nevrona members do what they do simply because they are nice and knowledgable people.
